I help leaders and boards realize their strategic priorities, optimize organizational performance, and foster happy and effective teams. I excel in achieving alignment where it doesn't exist, solving immediate problems and enduring challenges, and planning for change and transitions.

With over twenty years of experience as an executive director, leader of teams, partner in major government and community initiatives, facilitator, and coach, I bring a pragmatic approach inspired by boundless optimism.

I love living in the Columbia River Gorge where I get to hike everyday with my dog, grow my own food, and commune with nature.

Testimonials

Tracy did such a fantastic job facilitating our annual board retreat that we hired her again for our staff retreat. Her coaching helped us identify team goals and objectives, ways to improve communication and set standards for an exceptional work environment. She has a knack for identifying challenges and coming up with solutions that are easy to implement. She took time to understand our team dynamic and was thoughtful in her approach. To top it all off, we had a lot of fun while building camaraderie. Tracy is inspiring to work with!

Angie Waiss
Executive Director Skamania County Chamber of Commerce

Tracy is in her best zone when she's gathering people and organizations across multiple sectors towards a common goal. She knows how to listen and how to execute. She rallies entities together, even if they're competing over limited funds or serving folks across different communities. She understands the intersection of government, nonprofits, businesses and individuals and how to coordinate efforts efficiently.

Tracy’s facilitation and coaching has helped my teams move past barriers that were standing in the way of success. She has facilitated leadership and whole team discussions that have improved team communication, increased team efficiency, and concrete goals. She has also helped some of my staff blossom into strong leaders through 1:1 coaching. Tracy has a natural talent for identifying individual and team strengths and is able to use those to help them overcome challenges. She is intuitive, direct, caring, wise, and fun – everything one could hope for with this consultative service!

Working with Tracy inspires clarity of organizational purpose. During the planning phase, she is excited to get into the messy parts of planning workshops and events and is skilled at holding the big picture and the details simultaneously, a tell of a skillful facilitator. Through working with Tracy, our organization was given an opportunity to sharpen our focus, plan for the future, and create buy-in amongst disparate staff and board parties. Tracy models inclusion during her facilitation, which not only draws out the best in participants but leaves a lasting impression on participants about how to bring people into the conversation to continue working towards a common goal.
